Hello, my name is Hayes.

I’m a creative copy and content writer based in Nashville, TN. I’m also known to write songs that have been featured in Rolling Stone, moonlight as a bartender, and wax poetic about the upholstery in my Honda.

Over the years, I’ve found that the right words are capable of making special things happen. Zeroing in on the perfect turn of phrase brings me a surprising amount of joy, whether I’m writing about beverages, healthcare, politics, cannabis, or country stars dying in cars.

My love of language that resonates is what drives me to write. I try to keep that in mind every time I pick up a pen or sit down at the computer. I’ve worked with clients who’ve been featured by the likes of Harper’s Bazaar, Thrillist, Forbes, Equire, and Food & Wine. I love wearing lots of hats, letting research guide me to new conclusions, and channeling the voices of the people I work with.
